Business Management Solutions (BMS) focuses on providing a range of professional accounting services to SME´s in the Midlands, North East and Greater Dublin. The key focus is on providing management services to companies that are not in a position to recruit full-time permanent professionals.
With an experienced CIMA qualified accountant at its helm the company is positioning itself as a viable alternative for its clients as opposed to the traditional Accounting firms that offer auditing and compliance services, but little by way of practical, relevant business advice their clients.
BMS has been set up as a direct result of the current economic downturn that companies are now operating in. Larger organisations have the manpower to dedicate personnel to particular tasks or projects in order to drive through Cost Improvement Programmes or to Re-Design Management Information Systems in order to gain greater visibility on the Key Performance Indicators for their companies.
